WHAT IS DUBLIN VINEYARD CHURCH INTERN PROGRAMME?
Imagine taking a year out that would make a difference in your life and a difference in other people’s lives. The one-year intern programme of Dublin Vineyard is a leadership development and discipleship-training programme. We want to invest in people in order to raise up and equip the next generation of leaders in the church while they bless and serve in the local church. We want to help people understand the calling of God in their lives and how to be released into that calling as far as possible.
The internship is designed to provide a year out of your normal routine and instead spend it in an environment where you can grow and develop in leadership and Kingdom-living, as well as grow and develop spiritually and personally. In short, it is a year of learning how to become a life-long apprentice of Jesus and how to live life with his purposes and mission as your priority.
The programme is designed to help you explore the possibility of Christian ministry and begin preparation for a life of full-time ministry and/or how to live a life that has more Kingdom impact.
We also have part-time (15 – 20 hours) internships available in these areas: Youth ministry, children’s ministry, worship, compassion ministry and multi-media.
For more information or an application please email the church office.
When does the Internship year start and finish?

What will I learn as an intern?
Each intern programme will vary somewhat as it will be designed around the interns’ interests as well as the ministry needs of Dublin Vineyard at the time of the internship. Our commitment to development of the Intern is in four primary areas: spiritual mentoring, practical ministry, personal development and theological study. The programme will include weekly one to one personal time with a member of the pastoral staff.
