Meeting at the entrance to the Avoca Restuarant @ 10.30am a short distance from the Parking Lot, join us on a leisurely walk, in the shadow of Malahide Castle’s West Wing. This lush grass and woodland is a paradise for photographers, and has some of the best views of the castle from the walk. Its easy walking on paths and the route is approximately 3 km which will end back at the Restaurant, where those who would like, could stop in for a bite to eat or a well deserved ice cream.

Nature lovers can find rare trees from all over the world. Look out for the famous Cedar of Lebanon, Tasmanian pencil pines and Chinese Ginkgo trees.

There are parking facilities there and the Malhide Castle is served by the 42 Bus from Talbot Str.
