Tuesdays For The Kingdom
Every Fortnight - Next event - Tuesday 11th March
Tuesdays for the Kingdom is where we will be bringing our church family (you people), this city and our world (immediate and actual) into the Kingdom of God through prayer!
What does that mean? It's about coming together as a community to bring our struggles and needs to God in prayer, leaning on the support of the Spirit as we are encouraged to do in Romans 8..
By doing this, we live out the idea that it's better to work together and support each other when we fall or are weak. As people who follow God, we humble ourselves, pray, and seek His guidance, knowing that He hears us and can heal our land. Amen!
The second thing Tuesdays for the Kingdom will be is where we make space and time for the Spirit to lead us to pray into what is on His heart. So each meeting will have a theme where we pray for what we feel He is leading us towards.
And we do this because there is Power in prayer but even more so when lead by the Holy Spirit.
So if you want to come be part of the battle please join us each fortnight at the Vineyard Center for Tuesdays for the Kingdom!

WHAT HAPPENS AT ALPHA? - Talks that make you think.
The talks presented in 25 minute videos are designed to engage and inspire conversation. They explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions from Who is Jesus? and How can we have faith? to Why and how do I pray? and How does God guide us?
We intentionally create a relaxed and low-pressured atmosphere so no question is ‘off the table’ and everyone is welcome.
We look forward to hosting be 12 sessions over 11 weeks in-person and each week we will start with a café style chat where you’ll be encouraged to catch up over a cup of tea or coffee.
You’ll then watch the engaging video on different topics, followed by an opportunity for open, honest discussion.

Its easy walking on paths and the route is approximately 3 km which will end back at the Restaurant, where those who would like, could stop in for a bite to eat or a well deserved ice cream.

Meeting at the start of The East Pier of Dún Loaghaire Harbour @ 10.30am, this is a popular place for walks in the cool ocean breeze taking in the beauty of the area . There are often sailing activities to watch and perhaps you could even see a seal in the waters.
The pier boasts a Victorian shelter and bandstand that was first constructed in 1890 and has undergone extensive renovations the first of which was back in 2004
The East Pier is a popular 2.6 Km walking path with a smooth concrete and seashell surface and granite walls and offers fantastic views of Dún Laoghaire and the Irish sea. There are also plenty of food vendors to grab a snack or ice cream from after the walk.
